A sous chef, and an at home father share many of the same responsibilities. An at home dad must plan and direct how the day is presented, keep their children in order, create a curriculum (prep list), train in new skills, assign tasks, and make sure all of daily the activities are of the best quality to keep children happy and productive.

    • Cream cheese is always good. But dates do not always have to be stuffed with cheese. A blend of nuts and honey and other dried fruit is nice. Especially with a nice crisp white wine. Or if you are daring you can stuff them with ground lamb seasoned with cayenne and mint. Then with a squeeze of lemon to finish. I recommend a nice peppery red with a hint of roses like the Au bon Climate 2005 if you can find any. The vineyard planted roses around the grape vines.
